Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully our terms and conditions and kindly double check your information before you submit an order.
WE ONLY SHIP NATIONWIDE IN THE PHILIPPINES
· As much as we want to help more ARMYs get their merch but we only offer shipping within Philippines.
CANCELLATION:
1. Please be a 100% SURE BUYER before submitting an order.
2. Once you've filled up the form, we will STRICTLY IMPLEMENT NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.
3. Should you cancel your order with us, you will have to pay 50% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER. If the fee is not settled within 2 days, you will marked and posted as BOGUS BUYER in our social media sites and will not be able to transact with us moving forward.
PAYMENT:
1. PLEASE PAY THE EXACT AMOUNT. You should be responsible in ensuring you sent the right amount based on the exact amount sent to you beforehand.
2. PLEASE PAY ON TIME. Late payment fee is PHP 50 PER DAY. If you still did not pay for 3 days AFTER THE DATE OF PAYMENT (DOP), we will mark and post you as BOGUS buyer, cancel your transaction with us and will not be able to transact in our shop moving forward.
3. NO INSUFFICIENT PAYMENTS ALLOWED. We will send you the TOTAL AMOUNT Required and the Date of Payment. Failure to complete the full payment on time will be CONSIDERED AS LATE PAYMENT and will be subject to LATE PAYMENT FEE.
4. Any payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE unless posted by Armify Shoppe.
DATE OF PAYMENT
You can choose between PAYO or with downpayment.
- PAYO is within 24 hours.

SERVICE FEES
· BANK SERVICE FEES or any transaction fees must be paid by the buyer. Failure to pay the service fees will automatically be charged to us and thus, YOUR PAYMENT IS CONSIDERED INSUFFICIENT. Same terms will be applied as if not paid within the DOP.
· The same is considered for Packaging Fee. We will pack your goods safely but if you wish for more protection, please consider purchasing additional packaging.
BE PATIENT
1. We fill up a balikbayan box before we ask our merch to be shipped from South Korea/USA.
2. We follow the usual expected time of arrivals below once picked up from our South Korea, USA or Japan Address but please expect for delays especially on holidays and natural calamities in US and in the PH. We do not have control over that.
· ETA : 2-4 weeks after box close
BE HONEST WHEN FILLING UP THE FORM & BE RESPONSIBLE AS A BUYER
1. Please be honest when filling up the form if you want to order from us and be responsible for what you've ordered.
2. We will not be held responsible for loss of orders due to incorrect details submitted by the buyer.
3. FOR MINORS, please make sure you have secured a consent from your parents before buying us. There will be a question below about your age and your parent/guardian’s approval. If you answer YES to the question, we will not be held liable for that. If the buyer cancels their order due to parent/guardian’s approval issue, there will be a cancellation fee of Php 300. Therefore, answer it honestly.
DAMAGED/MISSING GOODS
1. Our shop will try our best to keep your goods safe but we will not be liable if the items you received were damaged or went missing due to delivery from the Vendor to our KR address to PH address or by local shipping.
2. Kindly provide a video of opening the items. It should be visible that the itwms you received are not exactly what you ordered from us. NO VIDEO AND PICTURE PROOF/S, NO ACTION ON THIS MATTER.
DELIVERY/PICK-UPS
1. Our shop will deliver the items through local couriers.
2. Delay in shipment of the couriers are beyond our control. Coordinate it with the local courier.
3. We only offer SDD, GGX (from Pasig only), J&T and LBC. If those couriers does not cover your area, you may email us from your Order Confirmation email.
CONFIRMATION/PAYMENT FORM
· You will receive your ORDER CONFIRMATION MAIL and PAYMENT DETAILS in your mails within 24 – 48 hours after submitting the form. We also have our day jobs so please give us time to send it.
